Aisha is a licensed Real Estate Agent in Washington DC, Virginia, and Maryland. She is an Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR) and a Certified Military Relocation Professional (CMP). She holds a degree in Accounting, Finance, and International Studies from the Indiana University Kelley School of Business.

Prior to founding ADRG, Aisha held several corporate roles with leading advisory firms and major financial institutions in New York, DC, and Virginia, where she led complex financial, operational, and compliance audits across multiple business units. This background in structured financial analysis informs the rigorous, data-driven approach she brings to every real estate decision.
